NEW BOM, many projects and updates

A new BOM is underway using the Elephant Jewels set of design from Hatched in Africa. Row 1 is complete and you can download all of the Block files from HERE.

I have also been busy over the past few days making some bags to be filled with care items for patients undergoing cancer treatment on the NW Coast of Tasmania. The black and white bag for males features a lovely vintage car design.

Tutorials have been written for both of these bags and they can be accessed from HERE.

Bridie's Blossoms memory packages have been sent out to many families who have have been left heartbroken  after their little angels have grown their angel wings. These are just two of them.

Fidget quilts are still being constructed for the use of dementia patients especially for the Launceston General Hospital, our large regional hospital in the north of Tasmania.

At the end of January it was my great honour to travel to Canberra to represent Tasmania as the 2019 Tas Local Hero. What a fantastic jam packed few days we had. We were privileged to attend an outdoor reception hosted by Governor General and a morning tea hosted by the  Prime Minister and his wife.On Saturday morning we attended the Flag Raising Ceremony on Australia Day. It was indeed to honour to spend time with some many inspirational Australians.
