Easy Street Mystery Quilt and Crazy Quilt Update

Easy Street Part 4

I have completed Part 4 of the Easy Street Mystery Quilt (the link is in my side bar). We were required to make 64 of these stacked flying geese units. We also had to cut out 145 x 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 inch squares from our lime green fabrics in readiness for another part down the track.

You can check out what everyone is doing over at Bonnie's Link Up page. Last time I looked there were over 240 people taking part and linking up with their progress.

We are always on the look out for freebies and if you scroll to the bottom of this page on Craftsy you will find some free classes. I have been following the Block of the Month all year.

Also a reminder to download and collect the advent numbers over at the Bernina Blog

I have just sent out Block 9 of our Crazy Quilt BOM ( actually it is more like Block of the Week).

  3. Enjoy each and every one of your last 5 days. They will fly by and you will miss working. I know I do but I also enjoy staying home and sewing.

  4. Thank you Shirley, I had one farewell last Friday afternoon and will have a couple of other functions during the week so it will be a roller coaster of emotions I should imagine.
