HIA Enchanted Garden BOM

I have finished the first two rows of each of the quilts I am doing with the Hatched in Africa Enchanted  Garden sets. The red black and grey one is stitched using 6x10 sized designs and the black background with the Firenze collection from Connecting Threads is stitched using 5x7 sized designs. After a great deal of stress and returning emails I have decided to upload all blocks to Google drive from now on and people can download them from there. All the blocks we have done to date are now there. You can download the blocks from HERE. This will be the only time I post the link so you will have to return to this page to use it each time. At the end of the BOM I will remove the link.

I have quilted and done the binding on the Bridie's Blessings One Metre Wonder Quilt 4. This is the fourth quilt in this series of One Metre Wonder quilts and follows on from One Metre Wonder Quilt 3 I posted in my previous blog post.

New One Metre Wonder quilt tutorial uploaded.

I have been working on some more of my  Bridie's Blessings One Metre Wonder quilt designs. I call them that because they only use 1 metre or 1 yard of a focus fabric. We all have those single pieces of fabric in our cupboards and hate to cut it into small pieces. These quilts are a great way of showcasing those special  fabrics we have.  Bridie's Blessings One Metre Wonder 3 has a finished size of approximately 48 inches x 48 inches. I chose to embroider the beautiful Redwork Hearts from Hatched in Africa to go with the heart fabric. These quilts are ideal for charity donations.
